・Lobster shovel and red shrimp tartare with spinach smoothie

・Chiba brown mushroom potage served with cappuccino

・Italian Porcini Mushroom Ravioli

・Roasted live Spanish mackerel from Tokushima Prefecture, Noisette Anchoy style with orange flavor

・Poached Hokkaido A4 Japanese Black Beef Fillet with Truffle-Flavored Perigueux Sauce

・A Mont Blanc cake with a cacao aroma and a glass of raspberry, made with Ibaraki chestnuts boiled in their skins
